A key component of our management success...facility presence.

TGM team members are involved on a daily basis in the operation of our facilities. Achieving the ownership's yearly goals is our primary focus. Included in these goals are always; quality of product, service to our members/guests, and fiscal responsibility. Our budget is monitored daily and our managers submit a projection report on a weekly basis.  By forecasting we can anticipate and make changes before rather than after the fact. In 2006, all six of our facilities achieved budget. In 2007, 5 of 7 achieved plan. In 2008, our properties are 10-15% ahead of the competition. In a challenging and competitive environment, we are very proud of our record.
