 Established as one of the premier private clubs in the Midwest, Tartan Fields Golf Club, an Arnold Palmer Course Design, is an 18-hole private facility located in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area. The course boasts tournament-quality play having hosted the LPGA's Wendy's Championship for Children for 3 years. Under TGM's management from 2000 - 2007, the club reached membership capacity and generated $1 Million annually in food and beverage revenues. |

Recognized nationally as a leader in operations and considered in the top 5% of GE Capital's public golf course portfolio, The Golf Club of Dublin is an 18-hole upscale public golf facility designed by Hurdzan/Fry. Authentic links including stacked sod wall bunkers, hand built rock walls and enourmous greens make it the only course of its kind in Central Ohio. The classic Irish clubhouse is home to the Claret Jug Pub and a full service banquet facility which produced $1.1 Million in annual food and beverage revenues. During TGM's management from 2002 - 2008, the course reached an impressive $875 annual Net Operating Income.

Greensburg Country Club Greensburg, Pennsylvania (Management)
 After this 100 year old club, at the heart of the local Greensburg social community went out of business, TGM went to work for the new ownership group. In two short years, from 2005 - 2006, TGM took the club from zero to 450 members with over $1 Million in annual food and beverage revenues. A sales culture was created through staff training, and this 18-hole private facility with 35,000 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and banquet room has been restored to a healthy, thriving club. |
| Tanglewood Country Club Chagrin Falls, Ohio (Receivership) |
 Since 1967, Tanglewood had grown to be recognized as one of Northern Ohio's finest private country clubs. In 2008, TGM was hired by Huntington Bank to manage and restore the once magnificent golf course while in Receivership.
Tanglewood was sold successfully in June 2009.

 The Golf Club at Pevely Farms, an Arthur Hills masterpiece, is situated in the beautiful Meramec Valley outside of St. Louis, Missouri. TGM's strong track record was instrumental in obtaining the management of a privately owned course in 2001. Working to improve the plan for the course, TGM implemented service and agronomy programs that enhanced the reputation of this facility. During the past 3 years of TGM management, the company maintained the course to TGM's very high turf-grass standards. Annual rounds of golf averaged from 30,000-33,000.

 Snow Hill Country Club's 180 year old clubhouse and challenging, naturally-adapted 18-hole golf course is now is a private facility with a full-service restaurant and banquet rooms. TGM's Director of Operations, Ty Day, consulted with the ownership for this once defunct club and reopened it as a private club implementing a detailed reconstruction plan.

 A pure golf experience designed by Tom Weiskopf. Vast rolling dunes of glacial sand deposits are framed by majestic corridors of pine, bracken and wild-flowers of the surrounding Huron National Forest. TGM operated Forest Dunes for the Carpenter's Union Pension Fund and took the property from an unusable state repositioning it as a public golf course. |

 The Links at Waterchase is an 18-hole upscale public golf course facility designed by Steven Plumer and is located is the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
TGM operated this club from 2002 - 2006. |
| The Club at Blackthorne Murrysville, Pennsylvania (Consulting) |
Blackthorne is an Arnold Palmer designed private club located 25 miles east of Pittsburgh near Murrysville. TGM's initial objectives were to oversee the finish construction of the course as well as the development of a membership offering and marketing plan. Opening of the first 9 holes was May 2005.

| Founded in 1942, Oxford Country Club is a beautiful and challenging 9-hole golf course. TGM worked with staff at Oxford 2007 - 2008 to bring the struggling club back to profitability in the first year. The agronomic conditions were improved, and food and beverage revenues went from a $65K deficit to a $15K profit in the first year. Overall efficiencies of the club were improved which led to a labor savings of 10%. |
