Tartan Management Inks Deal with Brown's Run Country Club Print E-mail

Dublin, Ohio December 15, 2007 -

Tartan Golf & Management Company and Brown's Run Country Club, located in Middletown, Ohio have reached agreement on a three-year lease effective January 1, 2008.

Brown's Run, founded in 1956, is an 18-hole privatae golf facility that has a 15,000 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, and a banquet room that can seat up to 200 people. The golf course is a 6,650 yard Par 72 that features some of the best fairways and greeens in the Tri State area. The club has enjoyed the distinction of being the center of the Middletown Community's Social Activities Calendar, and at the present time numbers over three hundred memberships of all categories.
