"Tartan Golf Management recently added Harbor Links in Liberty, Ind., to its pool of eight public and private facilities across the Midwest. Tartan has been in business for eight years and is helmed by Steve Renaker. Tartan took over management of Harbor links after the course experienced troubles in recent months.

"TGM outlined and executed an aggressive plan to rehabilitate the soil and reestablish the turf. By the first of October the course was well on its way to its potential." said Kent Reineking, President of the Sagamore Resort."
