We Lease Golf Courses
At TGM, our goal is simple. Win - Win. Nothing could be better for all parties involved than turning a facility that's losing money into one that makes money, while reducing the liability for the owners and members.
When we enter into a lease agreement with a facility, we structure the lease terms to reduce the burden on the club. Facility use, dues, real estate taxes, capital improvements, equipment, inventory, the business plan, communication... these are all specifics in our management of a lease.
