My name is Paula Burke and I am the President of Brown's Run Country Club.  On December 31, 2007, we signed a three year agreement with TGM to lease and manage our private Country Club.  After nine months of research and discussions with organizations and other management groups around the country, we chose TGM.

We visited three of their existing clubs, both public and private, and talked to the club employees and TGM staff and were impressed with their enthusiasm about the golf industry and, in our case, their knowledge of private clubs.  We were also impressed by their honesty with us about what we could expect over the next three years and their ideas concerning ways to be successful in their endeavors.

Now, a year later, we are very happy with the performance of TGM.  Our golf course is in the best condition it has been in for years.  We had struggled with problems with drainage in some areas of our course.  They solved them within the first two months of the golf season.  Guests who came to play were impressed with the changes to our course, namely dry fairways and fast greens.

TGM has maintained a good relationship with the Board at Brown's Run Country Club and keeps us informed and asks for opinions before anything is done.  We have worked closely together to bring 30 new members into the club in the month of September with a new and innovative membership campaign.

We are now discussing capital improvements we can make to our club instead of trying to find areas to cut the budget.  Our members are happy, and our Board is happy and everyone agrees it is the best decision we have made in years.
