Steve A. Renaker -President
With over 30 years in the golf industry, President and General Partner Steve Renaker has developed, designed and directed numerous successful courses throughout the U.S. Today, Steve is responsible for the oversight of TGM and all of its assets and managed facilities. He is a specialist in operations management and a leader in creative marketing, team building, and customer service. His "Nine Impressions of Customer Service" is a staple at all TGM managed properties.
Steve has 14 years experience as a golf management industry executive with TGM, McKay Golf Management, Shaker Golf Corporation, and Golf Enterprises. Prior to this, Steve built the foundation for his golf management career with positions as Golf Professional, Superintendent, Course Designer and Construction Manager.
Steve is a graduate of Taylor University and attended graduate school at the University of Illinois. He is a member of the PGA of America, the National Golf Foundation, and the National Golf Course Owners Association. Steve resides in Columbus, Ohio with his children, Abbie, Andrea, Brooke, and Madalyn.

Tom Scheetz -Director of Agronomy
Tom brings 25 years of experience in all facets of golf course construction, maintenance and operations as Director of Agronomy for TGM. He has held positions as general manager, construction manager, golf course superintendent, and agronomist at multiple private and public golf facilities in areas such as Ohio, California and Hawaii. Tom has also been a partner in the ownership of two high-end golf facilities.
TGM clubs, under Tom's direction, provide excellent conditions while maintaining a strict adherence to approved budget levels. Tom has been responsible for the construction of eleven golf courses, from planning through construction, grow-in and opening.
Tom is a Certified Golf Course Superintendent, as awarded by the Golf Course Superintendent's Association of America. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from The Ohio State University. Tom lives with his wife Dawn and their two sons, Dylan and Colin.

Wes Widdows - Regional Operations Director
 Wes assists and evaluates TGM properties in the Midwest Region. Wes comes to us with over 25 years in the golf business and 20 years as a member of the Professional Golf Association of America. Wes has managed multiple properties for TGM in the past 18 years such as Brook Hill Golf Club, Tartan Turf Care and Golf Club of Dublin.
Wes has an extensive instruction and teaching background. Some of his accomplishments include a four week program at Johnson Atoll Military Base, Wes' Golf Tips with the local ESPN show in Indiana, Average Joe Sports Show Golf Analyst and Divot a Try Golf Clinic for the Dublin Recreational Center Introductory Program.

Susan Gardiner -Marketing
Susan oversees TGM marketing. This includes maintaining the corporate image, branding and implementing new marketing opportunities. Susan will also work with TGM facilities management to improve the marketing results with creative printed pieces, updated websites, promotions and advertising.
Susan has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia and attended Columbus State University. She created product branding, sales collateral, product packaging and point of purchase displays at Totes Inc. At Hurt Photography Susan worked with school administrators and studio clients, assisted the photographers, and produced print collateral. Susan lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband, Bob, and her three sons.

Sharon Ramsey - Accountant
Sharon directs and maintains the day to day financial procedures for TGM. Sharon assists each individual golf club to maintain routine accounting activities and is proactive in the problem-solving procedures. Combining multiple locations and developing sound financial statements with proper accounts payable and receivable procedures are her specialty.
Sharon has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. She has over 25 years experience in Public and Private Accounting with an emphasis in the retail and restaurant industry. Sharon lives in Dublin, with her husband and has four grown children. Sharon is also active in the Dublin/Hilliard Special Olympics organization, known as the Northwest Superstars.
Ray Hustek -Real Estate Development
 Ray provides brokerage services, feasibility analysis, marketing support, and supervision of site sales teams for TGM properties. He has held an Ohio real estate license since 1985 and acted as a broker since 1992. Ray has worked in developing projects including Muirfield Village, Tartan Fields Golf Club, Tartan
Fields and Tartan West residential communities, Wedgewood Golf and Country
Club, Wedgewood Realty, and the Corazon Club and Spa.
As a former PGA member and a golf analyst on radio and television for more than 20 years, Ray has a complete perspective on the relationship between golf amenities and their residential components. He contributes time leading the OutAbounds praise band, and teaching music and golf to middle school students at St Johns Lutheran Church and School in Dublin, Ohio.
